I believe in trying and experimenting. Many of us live our lives with old beliefs and old mindsets. We've done the same thing for decades because it's what we know. We are on auto-pilot. What if we could break that pattern? What if we could lose that weight? What if we can find that new passion? What if we can actually accomplish a few of our resolutions this year? What if our "someday" is "today"? What if we can look back on our year and say, "Hey, I did that and you know what, it wasn't that bad."
Each month, I, personally complete a monthly project. I focus on 4 key areas: Minimalism, Health, Environment and Travel. At the beginning of each month, I also send out a newsletter with suggestions on what kind of projects to try for that month.
