"Minimalism is an appreciation of space."

Minimalism is about voluntary simplicity. Excess is a burden.

Minimalism is letting go of physical possessions, old habits, toxic relationships and old perspectives in place of newer ideas that support a better self.

When things are simple, we appreciate more. Life then becomes more about people, stories and experiences.

Project: Be Minimal is a template for change. It's not a challenge because this is not a contest or a competition.  It is an individual AND collaborative project designed to produce small, incremental change.
