What are your 2017 Resolutions?
Whatever your answer is, I can bet that it all boils down to needing to simplify your life. Whether we accept it or not, we are drowning in a sea of information, a sea of clutter, a sea of decisions, a sea of unwanted commitments. Your resolution to lose weight, save money, travel more, spend time with your children, be kinder to the environment didn't happen in 2016 because you were distracted. It's not your fault!
Our society is overwhelming and while many of us are ok with staying on the hamster wheel and keep running to nowhere, many of us are tired. Many of us can't even sit down for 5 minutes and do nothing. We are constantly checking social media notifications, thinking of the next thing to do, occupying our minds with worry, wasting money on things that don't make us happy and in the process hurting our environment.
It's time to make a change and I am asking you to make it it your 2017 Mission: Be Minimal. Be Minimal is a template for incremental change that focuses on the concept of minimizing. Minimizing goes beyond just stuff. Minimizing affects your health, your need for adventure and our environment.
