I spent many years experimenting how to eat healthy and found that a combination of the paleo, whole30 and keto lifestyle suited me best. I always felt better doing a quick reset. I still have the occasional almond croissant, but there's no guilt and no bad after effects.


The mind is very powerful, yet it is also very susceptible to fatigue. By taking time to take care of our thoughts, our physical well being and our physical space, we can provide a respite for our mind to function well.
